Why MSDE does NOT uninstall ???

I am trying to install the merge module "InstallShield MSDE 2000 Object for NT Platforms" with my solution.

At the end of the merge module wizard i ticked the check box:
"Uninstall MSDE 2000 during this application's uninstall"

Then i install my solution and when i uninstall it, MSDE Stays installed !

Has someone already experienced such a thing ???

i have the same problem...the installshield object ismsde2000 installs correctly but no uninstalle - even the rollback doesn't work!
