Hi,

ist it possible to move an InstallShield license (2009 Premier, that is) from one Computer to another, short of uninstalling the whole Package?
I usually have IS 2009 installed on my machine, but during my vacation I'd like to temporarily move the license to another PC that is accessible for colleagues until I'm back.

I didn't find a menu command for unlicensing. IIRC, after installation there was some command to enter the license which apparently dissapeared after entry.
Help seems only to talk about license dialogs within target setups, but not about *IS* licensing.

One solution I could think of is to install a fresh IS 2009 without a serial No, and use it as a (30 days?) demo, but this obviously only works once.

You must uninstall the software.
