Hi there,

I’m bringing to your attention one problem.
I have created a minor upgrade for the main product. Now, after I have installed the main product which has the live update services enabled, the checking for available upgrade is started and the minor upgrade is found. After I installed the upgrade, again, the cheking for available updates is started but the minor upgrade that was just installed is found again.
Why is this behavior present? Why after the installation of the minor upgrade, the same minor upgrade is still available for installing?

Please, help me with some ideas.

I have almost forgot, I'm using IS XI with Update Services enabled.

Hi there,

It seems that i hve found a solution. On the InstallShield Update Service server, I have made some file versions verification becasue the update doesn't changed the product version.
Now, the update service cheking is starting only if a certain file version is present in the machine.
