Hi,

I am not sure whether this is the right place to ask my question , but i want to take a chance. We are using Installshield 2010 Basic MSI project to ship our product to our customers, now we have a framework which is built using perl and we want to ship this framework as part of our product by exposing it as a feature. Now my question is can i use Installshield 2010 to package perl modules? , will it work?. Any feedback is highly appreciated.

I'm not sure what "packaging perl modules" actually means, since I'm not a Perl expert. You can copy files, you can write registry entries and you could even install a Perl runtime package if required. But there's no specific Perl functionality in InstallShield.
