Hi,
Dure to an error in a previous installation, it is impossible for me to uninstall the product. Where and how can I completely remove all info about the installation, so i can test it from scratch?

There is a microsoft tool which you can use to clean up you installation.
Search through the microsoft site for a 'clean up windows installer' tool.
You can cleaup manually but you must be careful because a lot of registry entries must be remove. I can post the details of the registry entries if you would like.
