hello

I am trying to create a new environment variable during my setup.
so i add a new variable SSBB, then change settings like

Component - files
Value - [INSTALLDIR]bin
On install - Set
Placement - Replace
On Uninstall - Remove
Type - System

then i check my Direct Editor

NewEnvironment2 *=-SSBB [INSTALLDIR]bin files

however after installation, my setup creates the new envirnment under Administrator (user); not under System.
also, name of this environment is not what i set above. it suppose to be SSBB, but after installation, it is either "NewEnvironment2" or "Name"

is this known issue in installshield 7??
or is there something missing in my setup??

i found out the cause of the problem.

it happens to all the os with asian language. (not MUI)
even when i have installshield with east language pack, it has this problem.

is this the known issue that i happen to miss??
