After build .msi with ISWI, when i launch directly the .msi file without the "setup.exe", it displays no dialog.
Does ISWI correctly build all the MSI tables?
Is it "normal"? Is it a known bug?
Does anyone know a way to resolve this?

If this is a multi-language setup, then this is the normal behaviour. The dialogs are stored in the .mst files (one for each language) and will be merged into the MSI at runtime, after user has selected a language. this is done by setup.exe, but could also be done via command line parameters and msiexec.exe. (the .mst files are called "transforms")
