I have an Athlon 1.1Ghz with 265Mb RAM and enough disk space for the virtual memory. How it is possible that when I launch InstallShield Developper 8sp2 my processor usage go to 100% whereas it is the only application to be turned and no project is open???
When I compile a project the screen became white and I need to wait about 20' without doing anything to see the result. What's wrong???
This is not only on my machine but on both that I have.

I'm not sure, but 256 MB RAM is the absolute minimum, 512 is recommended by InstallShield, and 1 GB is even better.
