Hi all,
my problem is that when i install on a clean machine , my sofware works fine, which is great!. However when i want to install on a machine which has another version I come across this problem. The previous installer was written by someone else, there is no option to Modify/Remove it , but you can uninstall it using a shortcut. When I uninstall it, and then install my installation, and start the application up, I get "Active X Component cant create object". I install all my dlls and such to InstallDir\Dlls, the previous installer just installed them into system 32. Can anyone think what it is I am missing or anyway around this? It is very frustrating as it works fine on a clean machine.
