Internal Error 2727. DesktopFolder
This is the error that I get. Tried looking into the Directory table and found that the DesktopFolder exists.
Cannot figure out what the problem could be...

Maybe some misspelling? Did you run validation?

I used a .ism file created in IS 2009 with IS 2010.
The Build tab in the Releases view includes a "Keep Unused Directories" setting. The default value is No. I had to change that to YES and it worked...
