Hi to all,
is it possible to manually renaming a project "outside" the IDE?
What files are involved?
That is, is it possible to renaming a project without using the "Save Project As..." feature? (reachable by File menu).
I need to change the project name / folder without change the GUID!
Thanks to all in advance,
Ciao
Giuseppe

Yes, it's possible.
With the project closed, from Windows Explorer, navigate to the project directory and rename the ._IP and .IPR files to a new matching project name. Feel free to rename the project folder as well at this point.
By the way, even if you use the "Save Project As ... " functionality to accomplish the same feat. You can always go back and manually re-apply the old GUI. The IDE only changes it automatically to keep you from getting into trouble.
