.RUL files are not getting converted

Hi ,

I have some install shield projects(Install Script MSI project) based on Installshield 2007 and i am currently migrating them to IS2010 but .RUL files are not getting converted and i am facing compiliation issues , can anyone please let me know what wrong here ?

Is it possible for you to put some more details on the errors you are getting? Also Did installshield release version 2007?
