Windows 2000 Professional does not provide the facility of creating a new website. How can I create a virtual directory in the degfault web site from Installshield X.

You can add the virtual directories from the server configuration.

In IIS Configuration pane, righ-click the "IIS Configuration" icon and choose "Add Web Site" and name it "Default Web Site". On the properties table for this web site set display name to "Default Web Site". I think the display name is what counts when installshield runs the setup, but just to make sure, name them both "Default Web Site".
Then create your virtual directories under it. That's all.
