Is possible to create a new product version from command line?

IsCmdBld doesn't support this (changing the value of ProductVersion, if that's what you mean), but the Developer/DevStudio Automation interface does. Please see the Dev help library section Advanced Features > Automation Interface for the full story, and see the InstallShield newsletter tip at http://www.installsh...-automation.asp for some simple examples.
