Hajo,
I am using IS Express Edition 10 and I prepare setup for .NET Application and
I am not able to start it after installation even when checkbox on
Setup Complete Checkbox is checked. In the project I set Program File
to [InstallDir]MyApp.primary output. Any idea what is going on?
I wanted to make some workaround using custom action but I do not
know how to check if user checked the checkbox

I believe you need to specify the actual exe name. Also you must use INSTALLDIR instead of InstallDir. Remember that MSI is case sensitive.
