Hi,

I'm doing a major upgrade. I have included all the crystal merge modules needed to run my reports. When I'm installing the new version over the old one when I'm trying to execute one of my reports I get the following message:
System.IO.FileNotFoundException: ?
File name: "CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine"

When I first uninstall the old application and then install the new one - everything is OK.

What's the problem when installing over the existing version?
(I'm using InstallShield X)

I am also facing the same problem.Crystal Merge modules are failing on Major Upgrade .I am using Intallsheild 10.5 for my web project.Any body has the solution please help.
