I created a new dialog with some checkbox. But when I click at runtime on the checkbox it dont change the status (checked, unchecked).
Any Ideas?

Make sure that there is nothing else in the dialog overlapping your checkbox. Depending on the tab-order it might be in front of your checkbox. Trying to click the checkbox always clicks the other (overlapping) dialog element.
I had this problem with a radio button group which was always overlapping a checkbox.
You could try to see if your checkbox works at all by tabbing through all elements of your dialog (when the setup is run - not in the dialogeditor in ISWi or ISD). When you see your checkbox is focused then press "space" to select/unselect.
