Desktop Icons on Windows 95

I am using the shortcuts/Folders view in the IDE to create a shortcut for my program (.bat) file. On Windows 2000, it comes up fine, but on Windows 95, I get the windows default icon.

For Windows NT & 2K IS is extracting the icon from the *.exe file.
For Windows 9* you have to specify a specific path to an *.ico file.
For Windows 9* you have to specify a specific path to an *.ico file.
