My program depends on new MSVCRT.DLL to successfully self-register. But because msvxrt.dll (in msvxrt.msm) needs to be first installed, and then reboot the system to take effect, how can I build such install? I can check msvcrt.dll version to make sure if the MSM needs to install first, but can i put the msm in a different feature? then if msm is install, my regular install will be in maintanence mode?
