Can anyone tell me why I am getting such a weird value for SUPPORTDIR?
When I retreive it, it returns C:\DocumentsAndSettings\username\Local Settings\Temp\1\\ProductCode.
Why is it that I get \\?
If anyone has any insights I would appreciate hearing them.
Jennifer

Installshield assigns SUPPORT to value %TEMP%\product-guid
The %TEMP% is an environment variable. The value depends on the username.
If you login from a Terminal Session, the OS appends the session id ( 1, 2, 3 etc ) to %TEMP%.
On your system, run cmd.exe and type set. It will show you the value of %TEMP%.
Hope this helps
