Greetings.
I'm novice here and need a help about the error:
-5011 0x80040701

Scenary:
- Installscript running at Windows 7 Ultimate
- This scripts did run ok on all other Windows 7 (x86 and x64), Vista and XP.
- Did occurr when just starts to run the setup.exe
- Crashes after the error messagebox.

All hints are welcome.

To start, you should use the InstallScript Debugger to troubleshoot the installation problem. Check the IS help file's "Debugging an Installation on Any Computer" topic for more information on this process.

Thanks for your help.
I'm programming IS scripts along 15 years. I read te manuals of IS 2011, knowledgebase and create the script on IS2011 IDE (using debbuger of course).

This script did run thosands of end user machines. The porblem occur in 1 specific Win 7 machine.

Hmm, that web site seems to be mostly a promotion for a tool called PC_Cleaner_Pro.exe. The site lists many error codes, but the advise is always the same: download and run PC_Cleaner_Pro.exe or restore your computer to a previous restore point. Which of the two methods solved your problem?
