Win 2K and Japanese characters in Installer

Hi,

I have InstallShield 5.5 installer for our product.
I have set my Win 2000 Pro to Japanese locale.
When I run the Japanese installer, all InstallShield dialogs come up as question marks. I can not see Kanji even though elsewhere I can input and see Kanji correctly.
Can someone please tell me how to fix this?
Do I need any specific fonts?
