When i install the product, it is supposed to install a service and start it at the end of install. If the product is installed in c drive, the service starts up, but if it is installed in d drive, it does not start up. Even manual start of the service from the service control manager does not work. It says the file is not found. I can find the file in the path given in the properties for the service in the service control manager.
The problem comes only with one service, all other services work fine. Could you tell me what is going wrong?

Maybe you are not using the correct path when you create the service? Is D: a local hard disk, or a network share, or a removable drive?
