When attempting to install an application that has previously been installed, and then removed, the new application installation does not create the start menu shortcuts, but it does place all the necessary files.

The application is an IFTW type.

The installs were created from the same release using Developer 7.04, but the application exe was updated to a newer version. I want this install to accommodate all users, those who already have an existing application, whether older or current, and those without. I don't want to create an update at this time.

Any help greatly appreciated.
