I would like to know if there is a way in code that I can filter file groups for an operating system that is not in the list returned by SYSINFO. The problem is that my current version of Installshield does not have Windows VISTA in the list of Operating Systems, but I was wondering if it was possible with code to install or not install files in a file group based on the operating system. I know I can make a Registry call to determine what operating system is running so I was wondering, what function and event could I use to filter file groups based on these registry settings. Thanks

I guess you are using InstallScript, not MSI. Pease re-post your question in the appropriate section. That will provide us the context needed to answer your question.
