We are using msiexec /e install our MSI Packages.
Most of the files don't installed to the local machine.

The problem is this account does not have admin rights to install
software.

Does anyone have an idea for a workaround for Update
software without admin rigths (windows 2000).

install the software after you have set both machine and user policies to always install elevated and then use the ALLUSER=1 property ont he command line used to install the software
