Do anyone know what tool can protect a product(exe or dll) except InstallShield?

Look for "license protection" on your search engine.
Generally you have dongle solutions and non-dongle solutions, the latter usually comes with client libraries (to be linked into your software) and software for creating registration codes, which you should distribute to legitimate customers.
