After installing the application, if I replace a dll with a new version and try to execute the application.window's installer splash screen is coming.How to disable that.Can anyone help me out.

How to disable the auto repair option

You can not disable auto repair. This is not something an installation program should do. There is a system policy to disable msi that you can use on your development machines. This completely disables the msi engine including auto repair.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Installer
the value
DisableMsi DWORD 2
turns Msi off
DisableMsi DWORD 0 or absence
turns Msi on
