Hi together,
Setup running on Win98SE stopped right in the beginning with message something like "InstallShield engine (ikernel.exe) could not be installed".
I use InstallShield 6.3.
Something wrong with Win98SE?
First time that I have this message.
Any idea??? I do not have any!

I run tech support on my product that I also create an install for. This message in all my experiences will be resolved by rebooting your computer.
If by some chance that does not work then try deleting the folder "c:\Program Files\Installshield Installation Information\{Your app's ID}". The .ini files in there sometimes cause errors as well.
