Has anyone used RTPatch?

Hi,

I've recently heard about a program (on this site) called RTPatch which allows you to create working patches for the Windows Installer. After having a lot of problems with InstallShield's patching methods I am considering using this new program, and I was wondering if anyone has any experience with it and can recommend it, or can point me to some documentation or websites about it.

RTPatch is a straightforward means of implementing patches.
