My package doesn't uninstall the 2 exe files in the package. All other configuration files will be de-installed. I have an old release running on PC's and when you install the new release it won't overwrite the old exe files. I had a look at the properties of those files and the Property "Never Overwrite" is unchecked.

Generate a verbose log of the install to see what's going on.

Hi Jaison,
If the exe's are running and we try to uninstall the package, then it is obvious that those exe's won't get uninstalled. So before trying to uninstall, we need to stop the running exe. This can be done using TaskKill. Then try to uninstall the package, it will get uninstalled.
If the files in the old relase is set to Never Overwrite then I hope you have to delete those files before tying to overwrite/reinstall it.
