Hi,
I am having a CD with some files compressed under cab files.I have extracted the cab files and modified the files and agian compressed using cabarc.
When I tried Installing,I am getting an error 1334.
Whether Installshield Created cab files can be modified?

You would have to:
- make sure the order of the files inside the cab is unchanged
- update the information in the msi file (File table)
- generate a new PackageCode GUID for the msi file
So in my opinion, manually updating a cab is not really feasilbe. Better use InstallShield to rebuild your media.
