Version 12.0
Service Pack 2
I want to upgrade to the latest release of Installshield professional edition.
Can anybody let me know where can I get the upgradation......

Do you mean the latest service pack/hotfix for InstallShield 12 or the latest product version?
In the first case, use the check for update option in the IDE, and search kb.acresso.com for keyword FIX.
The latest product version for InstallShield Professional is InstallShield 2009 Professional, which internally is version 15.0. You can contact a reseller of your choice to get a quote for an upgrade.
