Guys, I've search everywhere...
I have to install Soap_core.msm 2.0 or 3.0...2.0 is better. However, under Windows 98 it simply doesn't install. It maybe happening under other O/S's but definately this one.
I've seen numerous things on this, but no solutions. Are we really saying that this bug still exists even in Installshield Dev 9??
Works with Wise 4.21 which we just upgraded from....don't want to go back...but if I cant fix this will have to.
Anyone have a workaround or solutions please?

If you have an msi that includes the msm that works, and one that fails (ideally both should be very simple msis) you could compare them to see what's the difference between the two. It could be in the order of actions in the Execute sequence (maybe soap relies on a specific order of some standard actions). Or the MSMs are different. Again, a package diff shold tell you.
