Hi,

I tried a couple uninstall ways that people listed. However, my IS MS C++6 does not have those functions, eg. LaunchAppandWait.

Is there any other similar command that can achieve the same purpose?

Does that version allow you to call Windows API's? If so then look at the examples on this website under IS 5/6 Samples/External Programs and Shell/Extended Version of LaunchAppAndWait.
