Custom actions for Patch

Hi,

I am creating Patch for my project. But i need to execute few custom actions when a update patch installing to a target system. For example I have two different version for my product like V 1.5 and V 2.0, and I will prepare a patch for V 1.5 machines. So during this patch installation i need to execute few custom actions. Can anyone please tell me how can i do this.

Can you specify whether you are facing any error which executing your custom actions while patch upgradation or else what you need exactly?
