i would like to know if it is possible to prevent replacing files, even if they are newer?.
What i would like to do, is to upgrade the msi, without replacing few specific files.
Is it possible?

Component attribute 128 means never overwrite.
In ISWI under the component view there is an entry Never Overwrite Yes/No
