I'm using the Visual Studio 2005 Installer and after the software is installed, I expect it can be accessed thru Start > Programs > Manufacturer > ProductName. But Manufacturer is not listed in Start > Program. I'm baffled. What do I have to do?

Microsoft recommends flat Program meue hierarchies. Ideally, have only one icon, directly in Start > Programs > All Programs

It is not recommended to create a deep hierarchy of folders in the start menu. So you shouldn't create a manufacturer folder, ideally not even a product name folder (if your product has only 1 shortcut, which again is recommended)
