I get an Okay message box that "C:\Program Files\Netscape\Communicator\Winamp is not accessible. The folder was moved or deleted." when my install has nothing to do with that folder. Where is Install Shield and/or Windows picking that up? Why and how do I stop it? This is new behavior likely because of some uninstall?

Is that message coming from an installation made by you?
Then you can see, in what part it is produced (before or after copying, after several other message boxes you display ...) and debug that part. Perhaps you are reading some wrong value from the registry and would like to copy files there ...
