Hi,
The setup is created using the Install shield version 6.2.
After Installation of the setup on a Win2k Server + SP4 & SQL Server 2k std edition + SP3 + Hot fix applied machine, it's giving
"iKernal.exe..... Runtime Error!" and also "Unable to remove Support files, Remote procedure call failed". Also during uninstallation, "The setup should be installed using Install Master and License key" is displayed and it's not uninstalling the software.
But, we are able to successfully Install it on a Win2K Professional Edition + SQL Server 2k personal edition machine.
If anybody knows the cause of this problem,please reply.

If you are using Professional 6, try posting in the Professional 6 forum instead of Professional 7. You might get a reply there.
