Hi,
I am getting the following error while uninstalling in InstallShield 10.5
Error 1713. AppName cannot install one of its required products. Contact your technical group
I am packaging Access Runtime 2000 and building Single MSI Package. The fresh install works fine but when I try to run the Set up again it first tries to remove the application, which it does, but displays the Error 1713.
Any clue on this error?

Hi,
Msi that u have developed must have upgrade implementation for previous version. And check whether previous version have any Nested installation to another msi using "INSTALL MSI ......" Custom action.
I also got the same problem while upgrading previous version.
