Apparently your install wants to update some files that are currently used by YM.
To solve this, either
- follow the instructions on the screen; or
- detect the files that will be updated. Then figure out if your app also works with an older version of that file, go for the oldest version you can lay your hands on: this reduces the risk for a conflict with any other application. Even better, this also reduces the risk that some other application stops working because of your upgrade.

A log file (http://www.msifaq.com/a/1022.htm) might tell you which file is being held in use. Or click Ignore and use the PendMoves tool (http://technet.micro...s/bb897556.aspx) before you reboot.
