Hello, I am new to this forum and this website and I was wondering if anyone could provide a little information regarding this error message. The error message is below mine but let me start with a little background information. A client of mine is trying to install one of our products but they could not due to a run time error. I send them to a website that instructed them to install the IsScript8.msi and change a couple of variables in their enviroment. The did not have to change anything because they had the correct settings but when they run the isscript they receive this error message. Can anyone shed some light on what this may mean?

-2147287035 mean "access denied". There may be some permission problem on the Installer folder, or a problem with the DCOM settings.

What could be throwing off the DCOM? What could I check in the DCOM to make sure that that I have correct permissions?
