I've tested my setup on Win 98 and it works fine.
With Win 2000, my different versions install and remove fine on their own, when tested on a "virgin" machine.
BUT, when installing an old version in Win 2000, then performing a major upgrade, the upgraded version cannot be removed! I get different problems, ranging from:
• two versions in add/remove programs
• a fresh install instead of a maintenance install
• confirmation of removal, but the programs are not removed!
None of these problems happen in Win 98! Can anyone help, please?
