Problem: The merge module was made incorrectly. One component contains several libraries without the key file.
Whether there can be problems with install / reinstall of these DLLs?

If the these dlls are essential for the working of the product and any one is deleted from the mc a self repair would not be trigerred.
Its always better to keep each dll in a separate component and make it the keypath for that component.

You will also get problems with small and minor updates.
