On November 28, 2005, ScriptLogic® Corporation (www.scriptlogic.com), a leader in network administration software for Microsoft® Windows®-based networks, announced it has acquired MaSaI Solutions, a privately held developer of application packaging software solutions, based in New Zealand.
MaSaI develops and sells MaSaI InstallerTM, a comprehensive solution that enables network administrators and developers to create, modify and deploy Windows Installer (MSI) packages. The easy-to-use and feature-rich solution includes all of the features necessary to develop and create packages for desktops in an enterprise.
With the acquisition the product has been renamed to "Installer Design Studio".
