I need a ALLUSERS property in my silent installation (no dialogues). Where can I find the ALLUSERS property in InstallaShield 12 Basic MSI Project?
It is not in my property table...

Great. Just use it - that's all.

Of course it is in your table - not evidently declared, but it is there. (You can make sure - write a log-file with P-key).
And if you want to set some default value fot it, you can declare this rpoperty in Property manager with value you need.
