Everytime I attempt to create a new patch I get te following error in the log and it fails to create the associated .msp file:
ERROR: TargetImages.Target = 'Patch0001': PackageCode {1D714A86-C253-408F-8F8D-A23E3E1664EC} is not unique.
This is the first patch I have tried to create for this product release so I'm not sure why it would be giving me this error. Even If I rename the patch and/or give it a new PackageCode the result is the same...

The PackageCodes in the old and the new version of your .msi must be different.
