Hello All,
I need some help and really appreciate any input.
Usually when plugging in a USB scanner hardware in Win2K, a window pops-up asking to install the driver.
Is there a way in Installshield to automatically install the USB driver when we plug in the USB?

Not sure if it would work in your scenario, but look at section "Install a Plug&Play Device Driver INF File" at http://www.installsi.../en/isp_ext.htm
Also InstallShield 10.5 has a device driver install wizard.

Thanks for the reply. I'll talk to my boss to upgrade to 10.5
