I couldnt find anything in the help to say that its not supported.
Just wanted to know if anyone has experience of using tooltips

Text boxes ,radiobutton groups and other controls have a tooltip property. However I have entered text in these fields rebuilt my setup and no matter how long I hang the mouse over the appropriate control, No Tooltip.
